About Blueprint

Building capacity for people and communities

Blueprint Consult Limited is a Nigerian company focused on capacity building, skills acquisition, empowerment and community development. We work with organisations and local stakeholders to shape programmes around practical needs and achievable delivery plans.

A practical focus on development

Our work brings together programme planning, learning activities, implementation support and reporting. We serve organisations that want to strengthen capabilities, and communities seeking relevant opportunities to learn and grow.

Blueprint’s central focus is people and community programmes. Complementary professional services help support wider project and organisational needs where the scope and expertise are appropriate.

The purpose behind our programmes

Our mission

To help people and communities build practical capabilities through relevant training, inclusive programmes and structured support.

Our vision

Communities where useful skills, opportunity and local capacity support lasting social and economic development.

How we aim to work

Practical learning

Make learning useful through participation, demonstration and application.

Inclusion

Consider who can participate, what may prevent access and how programme design can respond.

Integrity

Represent our capabilities and experience accurately and communicate clearly about scope and commitments.

Collaboration

Work with commissioning organisations, facilitators and local stakeholders around agreed roles.

Responsibility

Plan for quality, participant welfare, reporting and the support needed beyond delivery.

Experience brought into Blueprint

The company profile describes earlier skills and outreach work involving a member of Blueprint’s leadership team under the Ven. Prof. T. N. Okujagu Foundation for Ethics and Learning. We present those accounts separately from Blueprint company engagements so their origin remains clear.

Clear responsibilities and considered delivery

We aim to agree the programme scope and reporting expectations at the outset, review delivery quality, and consider participant safety and inclusion throughout implementation. Safeguarding arrangements, access needs and post-programme support are defined according to the people involved and the nature of the engagement.
